Dear RUN,

More than a hundred of us are trained and ready to speak to our legislators at Lobby Days 2021, which happen this week!

If you’re joining us, get your blue t-shirt and your story ready, and we’ll see you at the rally tomorrow at 10am. RUN leader Virda Rainey of Stockton will kick us off, and then we’ll hear from Assemblymember Luz Rivas (author of AB 71), RUN leader Theresa Winkler of LA, and RUN leader Jo Barrett of San Diego, along with Lisa Hershey, executive director of Housing California. And you can welcome our new Statewide Organizer, Robert Villagomez, joining us from LA!

If you couldn’t make it to Lobby Days this week, you can still follow the excitement on Twitter at #LobbyDays2021 (yes, with an “s”) and on Facebook. And we’ll need everyone to support our two bills as they move through the legislature after Lobby Days, so keep an eye on this space for actions coming up!
